Function toECEF

toECEF(vector, depth?, ellipsoid?, frame?): Vector
Converts an n-vector and depth to an ECEF position vector.
Parameters
- vector: Vector
  An n-vector.
- depth: number = 0
  Depth of the position in meters, relative to the ellipsoid.
- ellipsoid: Ellipsoid = WGS_84
  A reference ellipsoid.
- frame: Matrix = Z_AXIS_NORTH
  Coordinate frame in which the n-vector is decomposed.
Returns Vector
An ECEF position vector.
